Our Paprika Chicken Wrap is a healthy well balanced lunch that will keep you feeling full the rest of the afternoon minus the bloat. Why not make this the night before and take to work along with your healthy snacks to help you keep on track.
200g chopped chicken breast
1 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tsp paprika
2 tbsp sweetcorn
1/2 yellow pepper sliced
80g gourmet kale
Cook chicken in a little oil.
Mix mayonnaise and paprika together.
Coat chicken with mayonnaise and paprika mix.
Stir in sweetcorn and sliced pepper.
Heat up wrap in microwave for 20-25 seconds.
Fill wrap with chicken and veg mix.
Stir fry kale in a little oil for 1-2 minutes and serve on the side.
