Egg and Avo Smash

Perfect breakfast to start the day or even a healthy snack if you are feeling super hungry.


This is quick and simple to make and highly nutritious! The avocado provides the good healthy fats which is important for brain function and also great for your skin. Combined with our seeded bread and eggs there is absolutely no need for any butter here.


Used as breakfast this will keep you nice and full all morning and allow you to focus on your busy day ahead.


2 slices seeded gluten free bread

2 eggs shallow fried

1 avocado mashed

1 tsp chilli flakes

Pink Himalayan rock salt to taste


Toast the bread.

Mash the avocado and place on top of toast.

Shallow fry the eggs and place on top of avocado.


Sprinkle with chilli flakes and pink Himalayan rock salt.
