2 slices seeded gluten free bread
2 eggs shallow fried
1 avocado mashed
1 tsp chilli flakes
Pink Himalayan rock salt to taste
Toast the bread.
Mash the avocado and place on top of toast.
Shallow fry the eggs and place on top of avocado.
Sprinkle with chilli flakes and pink Himalayan rock salt.
