1 scoop USN Cookies and Cream Diet Whey Isolean
2 scoops gluten free oats
150g organic butter
25g reduced sugar white chocolate chips
25g dark chocolate chips
1tsp vanilla essence
1tsp baking powder
Pinch of pink Himalayan rock salt
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C
Grease baking sheet.
Combine the butter, stevia, baking powder and vanilla extract.
Beat in the egg.
Stir in protein and oats and finally mix in the chocolate chips.
Spoon the dough onto baking sheet.
Recipe makes 6 cookies.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until only slightly browned around edges.
