1 scoop USN Diet Whey Isolean Protein 

100g 0% Greek yoghurt

80g frozen blackberries

50g mango

50g cherries 

25g mixed seeds


Blend greek yoghurt and frozen blackberries.

Pour into a bowl and stir in protein.

Place the remainder of fruit on top.

Sprinkle with seed mix.
