So Ive just signed up to the 12 week challenge.
online it gives a breakfast, lunch and dinner ideas. However there is one breakfast option and three for lunch and riner. Im going to bored with that. I cant eat the same stuff for the next 12 weeks.
Any tips on getting more food ideas? Or is it best to calc my macros on the calories Im allocated each day? Also how do I do that? Im unsure how to calc my split between carbs, fats and protein to make this plan a success.
