Hi everyone, I'm part way through my second challenge. I did my first one back in 2016 and lost just over 3 stone and i ran my first ever 10k that May. Last year i ran a half marathon but got injured and started putting weight back on. So far i'm doing really good on my second challenge and i'm aiming to do the Manchester 10k again in May, this time a lot fitter and healthier than ever!!
