i am 15 st 8 and 37 year old male, i am doing the makeover by eating 800 calories a day for 17 weeks, the workouts will be by USN. my meals are 4 Diet Fuel shakes a day... wish me luck as i am only 2 days in so far. my target is to lose close to 4 stone 7 lbs, i do not have any goals such as a 5km run because i do not want to risk injury
