Hi I have got the starter pack and wanted to know if I take the diet whey isolean shake and the bcaa2:1:1 will they put weight on if I don’t train and apart from that the diet whey can I take that with the other milkshake I got for meal replacement

the whey isolean has virtually no carbs and will not make you put on weight, the bcaa is more for giving you energy and providing the tools to build muscle and repair
gaining weight will only be down to your calories consumed in total.
eat more than you burn off you gain weight
burn off more than you eat, then you lose weight
supplements do not do anything about these fundamentals, they are for support
