People keep telling me weights are better than cardio for toning and weightloss... but how do I measure/convert that?  For example what weights  would be better than 45 minutes spin class ?

spin is cycling, the problem with cardio is as you get fitter you need to train double the time to work your body the same.... with weights you can simply increase the weights you lift for the same duration of time.... as a lady do not worry about turning into a muscleman..... you would need to train and eat and prob steroids like a pro bodybuilder to end up like that
